This proprietary system is used to build market analyses, consumer personas, ZIP-level intelligence reports, and related deliverables on behalf of our clients. AI-Generated Inferences

By submitting your contact information to BrandMe360 through our website contact form or other inquiry channels, you consent to being contacted by BrandMe360 regarding our services using the email address or phone number you provide. If you provide a phone number, you consent to receiving calls or text messages from BrandMe360 at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Additional Disclosures for U.S. Residents

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia may have additional rights under their respective state privacy laws, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data, and in some states the right to obtain a list of third parties to whom their personal data has been disclosed.

Nevada law allows Nevada residents to opt out of the "sale" of certain categories of personal information. This section applies specifically to residents of the State of New Mexico and supplements the information above. BrandMe360 is a New Mexico-based company and is committed to complying with applicable New Mexico privacy and data protection laws.

New Mexico Definition of Personal Information

Consistent with the New Mexico Data Breach Notification Act (NMSA 1978, Section 57-12C-2), "personal information" for purposes of this section means any information concerning a natural person which, because of name, number, symbol, mark, or other identifier, can be used to identify that natural person. This includes but is not limited to your name combined with any of the following: Social Security number, driver's license or government-issued ID number, financial account number, or medical or health insurance information.

New Mexico Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security breach involving your personal information, BrandMe360 will comply with the New Mexico Data Breach Notification Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 57-12C-1 through 57-12C-6). This means BrandMe360 will:

  • Notify affected New Mexico residents of a security breach in the most expedient manner possible and without unreasonable delay following discovery of the breach.

  • Notify the New Mexico Attorney General's Office if the breach affects more than 1,000 New Mexico residents.

  • Provide notice that includes a description of the breach, the type of personal information involved, contact information for BrandMe360, and steps individuals can take to protect themselves.

Artificial Intelligence Tools and Data Practices

BrandMe360 uses artificial intelligence tools in the operation of our business and delivery of our services. This includes AI-powered market analysis, content generation, search optimization, communication platforms, and intelligence reporting tools. The following practices apply to our use of AI tools:

  • We select AI service providers that maintain appropriate privacy, security, and data protection standards.

  • Information processed through AI tools may be used to improve the AI models and services of our providers. We take reasonable steps to limit such use where possible.

Consumer Segmentation Methodology

The consumer segmentation methodology referenced in the development of BrandMe360's proprietary intelligence systems draws from publicly available research publications and educational materials from Claritas LLC, a data-driven marketing company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Claritas LLC is a provider of consumer segmentation and analytics systems used across the United States marketing industry.

Important Clarification:

BrandMe360 LLC is a separate and independent company from Claritas LLC. BrandMe360 is not affiliated with, licensed by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Claritas LLC. BrandMe360 is not a Claritas reseller, data licensee, or authorized distributor of Claritas data products. BrandMe360's proprietary system names -- Humanicity, Wealthicity, Digitude, and Digisphere -- and the segment terminology, profile descriptions, and New Mexico-specific intelligence layers associated with those systems represent BrandMe360's own proprietary methodology and expression, developed independently by BrandMe360 LLC. Proprietary Methodology

The compilation, cross-referencing, analytical scoring, ZIP-level intelligence framework, persona development methodology, canvassing optimization system, and all related proprietary tools built by BrandMe360 LLC from these public sources constitute the intellectual property of BrandMe360 LLC. This methodology is referred to as the BrandMe360 market intelligence system and is protected as proprietary work product of BrandMe360 LLC.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, and brand names referenced in connection with BrandMe360's research methodology or in any BrandMe360 publication remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
