These retractable banners were created to serve as high-impact, mobile promotional tools for recruitment and awareness campaigns across New Mexico. Each design was strategically developed to convey critical messaging in a visually engaging and accessible format, while remaining consistent with NMARNG branding.

Marksmanship Team Recruitment Banner: Designed to highlight the elite marksmanship opportunities within the NMARNG, this banner uses powerful action photography and bold typography to emphasize strength, precision, and community. The use of real imagery, dynamic composition, and call-to-action QR code helps convert interest into engagement.

J.E.E.P. Referral Program Banner: Created to promote the Joint Enlistment Enhancement Program, this layout uses strong hierarchy, iconography, and step-by-step visuals to make the referral process clear and motivating. Red and yellow accents draw attention to the $500 incentive, while black and white contrast ensures readability in any setting.

These banners were optimized for events, armories, gyms, schools, and community gatherings—offering portable, professional-grade visuals that support the Army National Guard’s recruitment and retention mission.
