I spearheaded the development of the first-ever Kinesio® Taping mobile application following the successful rebranding of both the consumer retail site and the corporate Kinesio website. After conceptualizing and implementing a refreshed brand aesthetic across digital platforms, I was tasked with extending this vision into a mobile format to meet growing consumer demand.
These two campaign visuals mark the official retirement of the original Kinesio Tape app and the launch of its next-generation replacement, Kinesio Taping Official. The first graphic delivers a bold, action-oriented announcement that includes the sunset date, QR code integration, and side-by-side app comparisons to communicate the transition clearly. The second graphic highlights 11 newly added features—including interactive muscle anatomy, improved tutorials, user testimonials, and enhanced e-commerce—showcasing the platform’s expanded functionality.
This launch was strategically designed to retain existing users, onboard new global users, and solidify Kinesio’s position as a digital leader in the therapeutic taping industry. Through coordinated branding, UX design, and mobile strategy, I helped successfully transition thousands of users to the upgraded app while reinforcing the brand’s reputation for innovation and education.
